Penbryn Worn Blue Pennant Sandstone is an extremely dense and durable pennant sandstone quarried in the heart of South Wales, an industry recognised and respected stone for its incredible strength. The colour is predominantly blue to grey with occasional iron and coal markings. This unique hand applied finish is an intensive process where the edges of the stone are hand chipped and the surface of the stone is worked, exposing an open-grain surface. This creates a ‘foot worn’ look and feel. To give an extra layer of protection and help with maintenance, we would recommend treating your stone with a product from our stone care range. We also offer a pre-treatment service for your peace of mind.
